NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that ROSELLA ERNESTINE JOHNSON passed away on July 28, 2022. AURELIO J. JOHNSON, sole Trustor of the A.J. JOHNSON LIVING TRUST, dated November 01, 2022, passed away on December 02, 2022. JOHN E. JOHNSON AND STEVEN P. JOHNSON were appointed to serve as Successor Co-Trustees (“Co-Trustees”) and are the acting Co-Trustees of the irrevocable Trust. All persons having claims against the estate of either of the decedents are required to present their claims within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of any published notice to creditors or sixty (60) days after the date of mailing or other delivery of this notice, whichever is later, as prescribed in N.M.S.A. §45-3-801, or claims will be forever barred.
