NOTICE OF INFORMAL APPOINTMENT OF
PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
To the heirs and devisees of Clifford Thomas Carrison, Jr., deceased
(“Decedent”).
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that:
1. Decedent died on April 20, 2022.
2. On October 19, 2022, Susan Carrison DeVane was appointed as the Personal Representative (“Personal Representative”) of the estate of the Decedent in an informal proceeding under the New Mexico Uniform Probate Code to serve without bond and no bond has been filed. Personal Representative has qualified as such.
3. This Notice is being given to persons who have or may have some interest in the estate of the Decedent. Papers relating to the estate are on file with the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and are available for your inspection.
5. This estate of the Decedent is being administered by the Personal Representative pursuant to the provisions of the New Mexico Uniform Probate Code without supervision by the Court, but recipients of this Notice who are entitled to information regarding the administration from the Personal Representative can petition the Court in any matter relating to this estate, including distributions of assets and expenses of administration.
