You are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiff has filed an action against you in the above titled Court and case, the general object thereof being to clear title to real property into the name of Plaintiff. This case involves real property located at 105 Cholla Dr., City of Elephant Butte, Sierra County, New Mexico, 87901, which is more particularly described as:
Lot Numbered Nine (9) in Block Numbered Four (4) of Unit Five (5) of Elephant Butte Estates, a subdivision in Sierra County, New Mexico, as the same is shown and designated on the Plat of said Subdivision approved by the Board of County commissioners of Sierra County, New Mexico and filed with the County Clerk of said County on December 19, 1969.
