AN ACTION TO QUIET TITLE TO CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above-named Plaintiffs have filed suit in the above-entitled Court against the above-named Defendants, including, without limitation, all unknown persons who may claim a lien, interest or title adverse to the Plaintiffs. The general object of this action is to quiet title to certain real property in favor of the Plaintiffs. The real property that is the subject matter of this cause of action is located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, legally described as:
LOT NUMBERED THREE (3) IN BLOCK NUMBERED FIFTY-ONE (51) OF UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO, AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE MAP OF SAID ADDITION, FILED IN THE COUNTY CLERK OF BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, ON FEBRUARY 7TH, 1916, recorded in the real property records of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, on April 19, 1982, in Book 0000, Page 0216.
The above-captioned action is pending and is undetermined.
Unless you file a responsive pleading or motion in this Court and cause on or before thirty (30) days of the date of the last publication of this Notice, a default judgment or other appropriate relief will be rendered in the cause against you.
