TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF BILLY JIM GRIDER, DECEASED AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF BILLY JIM GRIDER, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
HEARING ON THE PETITION filed by attorney Allegra A. Hanson on behalf of John Grider, surviving brother of BILLY JIM GRIDER, whose petition requests an Adjudication of Intestacy, Determination of Heirship and Appointment of Personal Representative in the Estate of BILLY JIM GRIDER, will be held TELEPHONICALLY with all parties to call 1-800-747-5150 Access Code 3482751 on April 26, 2023, at 10:15 a.m. with 30 minutes allotted for the hearing.
Pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 45-1-401(1975), notice of the time and place of hearing on said petition is hereby given by publication, once each week for three consecutive weeks.
Unless an objection is filed to the hearing or matters requested and set forth in the Petition within ten (10) days of the last publication of this Notice, it is requested that the Court enter an Order approving matters requested in the Petition.
