NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF ACTION
THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
TO: THURMAN GARRIS, THELMA GARRIS, PEGGY WALKER, THE ESTATE OF PEGGY G. WALKER AND LEROY WALKER, INCLUDING ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO MAY CLAIM A LIEN, INTEREST OR TITLE ADVERSE TO THE PLAINTIFF
You are hereby notified that an action has been filed against you in the above-entitled Court and a petition alleging a Complaint to Quiet Title and for Appointment of Special Master to Execute Deed. This cause of action involves real property located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, the general object thereof being to quiet title and be declared the rightful owner and entitled to the possession of this property which is more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land in the Villa Barale Addition consisting of Tract A-4 and The South half of Tract A-5, of a subdivision of Tract A, as shown and designated on the Plat of said Villa Barale Addition, filed in the office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, on September 15, 1964, in Plat Book C6, Page 27, being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the southeast corner of the herein described tract, a point that is also the southeast corner of said Tract A; thence running from the beginning point, N. 58° 05’ W., 196.00 feet; thence N. 25° 19’ E., 20.22 feet; thence N. 59° 55’ 42” W., 53.45 feet to the southwest corner; thence N. 24° 07’ E., 108.12 feet; thence S. 59° 01’28” E., 260.58 feet; thence S. 19° 19’ W., 13.55 feet; thence S. 30° 29’ W., 116.56 feet to the place of beginning.
You are further notified that unless you enter an answer in said cause of action within thirty (30) days of the last publication of this notice, a judgment by default will be entered against you.
