You are hereby notified that the above-named Petitioners have filed a Petition for Kinship Guardianship of Mariah Marie Baca-Martinez, born in October of 2012, to Nicole Martinez; and of Destinee Aaliyah Baca-Martinez, born November of 2007, to Nicole Martinez and Ronnie Baca
You are further notified that unless you file a written response to the Petition by no later than thirty days from this publication with the Court Clerk, Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, with a copy to the Petitioners’ attorney, or appear at the hearing on September 22, 2023, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence.
