(A/K/A HILDA SANCHEZ DIAZ), ERNEST L. SANCHEZ, JR. (A/K/A ERNEST L.
SANCHEZ), ALICHA PALLAS, LEE RUDY HERRERA, DEBBIE GUTIERREZ HERRERA
AND PAUL S. HERRERA, INCLUDING ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO MAY CLAIM A LIEN, INTEREST OR TITLE ADVERSE TO THE PLAINTIFF
You are hereby notified that an action has been filed against you in the above-entitled Court and a petition alleging a Complaint to Quiet Title and for Appointment of Special Master to Execute Deed. This cause of action involves real property located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, the general object thereof being to quiet title and be declared the rightful owner and entitled to the possession of this property which is more particularly described as follows:
Tract 25 A-1-D-2 Map #46
A certain piece of land in Tract 25, Map 46, according to a Survey of The Middle Rio Grande Conservancy District and Located in School District Number Twentyeight (28), Bernalillo County, New Mexico. Specifications being fifty (50) Feet Wide and agreement of only Forty Feet and (184) Long.
You are further notified that unless you enter an answer in said cause of action within thirty (30) days of the last publication of this notice, a judgment by default will be entered against you.
