NOTICE OF SUIT
TO: The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, and Legatees of the Estate of Josephine Shepard, Deceased; the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, and Legatees of Dorothy Sotel, Deceased; the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, and Legatees of Margaret Abousleman, Deceased; and the Unknown Trustee of the Fred T. Abousleman Revocable Living Trust under the Last Will and Testament of Fred J. Abousleman executed on February 17, 1990.
You are hereby notified that a civil action has been filed against you in the District Court of Sandoval County, New Mexico, by Plaintiffs Constance Ryan and Marian Sotel, in which Plaintiff requests the Court enter a Judgment of Quiet Title in favor of Plaintiffs’ adverse possession claims, declaring Plaintiffs the owners in fee simple with good and indefeasible title, and that your interest be forever quieted, set at rest, and extinguished, as to the following described real property:
That certain tract of real estate in the Village of Jemez Springs, and within the Cañon de San Diego Grant, together with the Abousleman family residence and all other improvements thereon, described as Lot lettered “A”, containing 1.6174 acres, as said Lot is shown, identified and designated on the Plat of Survey, LANDS OF ABOUSLEMANS, LOTS “A” AND “B”, WITHIN PROJECTED SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 18 NORTH, RANGE 2 EAST, NMPM, VLLAGE OF JEMEZ SPRINGS, SANDOVAL COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, AUGUST 1993, certified by GEORGE J. MARQUEZ, JR., NMPS No. 10283, on April 30, 1995, which Plat has been duly filed for record in said Sandoval County and duly recorded therein on June 5, 1995 in PLAT VOLUME 3, Page 1263-B, of the Records in the Office of the County Clerk of Sandoval County, New Mexico;
(hereinafter the “Abousleman Family Home”).

You are further notified that unless you enter or cause to be entered your appearance in the above-described case, or file any responsive pleadings or motions in said cause within thirty (30) days of the third consecutive publication of this Notice of Suit, judgment will be rendered against each Defendant by default, and the relief requested by Plaintiff will be granted.
