This lawsuit is filed in the Second Judicial District Court located at 400 Lomas Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102, telephone number (505) 841-8400 before the Honorable Judge Denise Barela-Shepherd. This Notice of Lawsuit will be published for three consecutive weeks. You are further notified that unless you serve a pleading or motion in response to the complaint in said lawsuit on or before thirty (30) days after the last publication date in this newspaper, judgment will be entered against you.
