THIS MATTER came before the Court on the Unopposed Motion to Vacate and Reset Hearing filed by Petitioner Jack W. Newsom. The Court having read the motion, noting it is unopposed and being fully advised in this matter finds it to be well taken and should be granted.
IT IS THEREFOR ORDERED the hearing scheduled for Wednesday, November 29, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. shall be and hereby is vacated. The hearing on the Petition to Appoint Special Administrator is reset for January 18, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. by Zoom.
