You are further notified that unless you file a written response to the Petition by no later than thirty days from this publication with the Court Clerk, Thirteenth Judicial District Court, Valencia County, New Mexico, with a copy to the Petitioner’s attorney, or appear at the hearing on March 27, 2024, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence.
