You are notified that unless you file a written response to the Petition within twenty (20) days in the Second Judicial District Court, 5100 Second Street NW, Albuquerque, NM 87107 (mailing address: P.O. Box 488, County Courthouse, NM 87103), your consent to the adoption will not be required and the Petitioners will request default judgment be entered against you terminating your parental rights by default.
