NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that CYNTHIA ANN SHEPARDSON, is now acting as Successor Trustee of the above referenced Trust. The Settlor/Trustor and initial Trustee of the Trust was MARY LOU VAUGHN, who died on December 15, 2023.
Pursuant to ARS §14-6103, all persons having claims against MARY LOU VAUGHAN or the Trust are required to present their claims within four months after the date of the first publication of this notice or the claims will be forever barred. Claims must be presented by delivering or mailing a written statement of the claim to the Successor Trustee, c/o Benesch, Shadle & White, PLC, 833 E. Plaza Circle, Suite 100, Yuma, Arizona 85365.
