The minor children who are subject of said petition are Irene Lynn Welker born on March 3, 2013, in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Jodi Irene Gherardini and Elaine Christine Welker born on April 27, 2016, in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Jodi Irene Gherardini.
