NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioner, Kimberly Duran, niece to Gene Flavio Duran, resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and being over the age of eighteen years, has filed a Petition for Formal Probate, Determination of Heirship and for Formal Appointment of Personal Representative in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein she seeks the appointment of Personal Representative for the Estate of Gene Flavio Duran. This Petition is being heard before the Honorable Joshua A. Allison, District Court Judge, on the 7th day of May, 2024, at the hour of 10:30 a.m., remotely via Google Meet/Zoom.
