NOTICE OF SUIT
TO: Unknown Persons Who May Claim a Lien, Interest, or Title adverse to the Plaintiff or Angelita N. Mora, deceased, Jose Gutierrez, deceased, Bobby J. Gutierrez, or Anthony Gutierrez, in the Subject Real Property.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the District Court of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, by Plaintiff Teresa C. Tapia, in which Plaintiff seeks to Quiet Title solely in herself to the property located at 2009 Foothill Drive, SW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87105, and more particularly described as:
Land of Jose Alderete Tr. 2 and more particularly described as follows, towit:
North side measures (100-yds) One-hundred yds, and it is bounded on the
North-side by land of Angelita A. Mora
East side measures (20-yds) Twenty-yds, and it is bounded on the East side
by a public road
South side measures (100 yds) One-hundred yds, and it is bounded on the
South side by land of Teles for Armijo.
West side measures (20 yds) Twenty yds, and it is bounded on the West side
by the main canal of the Middle Rio Grande Conservancy District;
and more particularly described on the Map of the Middle Rio Grande
District on Map #43, Tract #142B1
and including all improvements, fixtures, and attachments thereto.
Plaintiff further has requested that the Court quiet title to the above-described
property solely in her name and that the interests of each Defendant, and all persons
claiming under or through them, and all other persons be bound by these proceedings and
be barred and foreclosed of all rights, interests, and claims to the aforementioned real
property, and for such other and further relief as the Court may deem just and proper.
You are further notified that unless you enter or cause to be entered your appearance
or file responsive pleadings or motions in this case within thirty (30) days of the third
consecutive publication of this Notice of Suit, judgment may be entered against each
Defendant by default, and the relief requested by Plaintiff will be granted.
