NOTICE TO CREDITORS
ARTHUR CHARLES ARCHIBEQUE, whose address is as set forth below, pursuant to Section 45-3-801(A) NMSA (1978 Comp., as amended, Laws 2016, effective July 1, 2016), does hereby give notice:
(1) Of his informal appointment as Personal Representative of the Estate of BARBARA A. ARCHIBEQUE, Deceased, pursuant to Order of Informal Probate of Will and Informal Appointment of Personal Representative which was entered and filed by the Honorable Nancy J. Franchini, District Judge, on June 6, 2024 in the above styled and numbered probate proceeding in the Second Judicial District Court of Bernalillo County, New Mexico; and
(2) To Creditors of the Estate to present their claims within four (4) months after the date of first publication of this Notice to Creditors in a newspaper of general circulation in the County or be forever barred.
