TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF NELLIE B. PACHECO, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF NELLIE B. PACHECO, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition for Order of Complete Settlement of Estate by Personal Representative, approving all acts of the Personal Representative, approving the distributions and declaring the Estate fully settled and discharged from all claims or demands of interested persons, will be held at the Second Judicial District Court, Judge Joshua A. Allison, 400 Lomas, NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87102 on September 30, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. Appearance can be in person or by Zoom.
Pursuant to 45-1-401 NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing on said Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for three consecutive weeks.
