NOTICE OF HEARING BY PUBLICATION
TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF LARRY DOUGLAS MCINTEER, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LARRY DOUGLAS MCINTEER, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition for Order of Complete Settlement of Estate by Personal Representative filed by the undersigned Personal Representative, which Petition provides for complete settlement of the Estate and distribution of all Estate assets, will be held at the Bernalillo County District Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, before the Honorable Denise Barela Shepherd, on September 30, 2013, at the hour of 1:30 p.m.
Pursuant to NMSA 1978 §45-1-401 (2008), notice of the time and place of hearing on said Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
