THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
TO: PAUL SCOTT GORDON, AND UNKNOWN HEIRS OF LUZ P. GARCIA, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LUZ P. GARCIA, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Notice of Hearing is hereby given by the undersigned Attorney, JEANINE R. STEFFY, for the Estate of LUZ P. GARCIA, on the Petition for Order of Determination of Heirship, Formal Probate of Will and Complete Settlement of Estate by Personal Representative, filed by the Personal Representative of the Estate of LUZ P. GARCIA. Said petition requests approval of the final accounting, formal probate of the Will, final determination of the heirs and devisees, approval of distribution of the Estate, and declaration that the Estate is fully settled and the Personal Representative discharged and released from further claims or demands of any interested person.
The Hearing will be held at the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd., NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, on the 17th day of April, at 9:45 pm, before the Honorable NANCY J. FRANCHINI.
Pursuant to N.M.S.A. 1978, §45-1 401 (1975), notice of the time and place of hearing on said petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for three consecutive weeks.
