NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that PAUL S. YASUDA and GREGORY M. YASUDA have accepted the position of Successor Co-Trustees of the irrevocable YASUDA LIVING TRUST, dated August 31, 2001. STANLEY K. and ROBERTA N. YASUDA, Grantors of the Trust, have died. All persons having claims against this Trust or Estate are required to present their claims within four months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or the claims will be forever barred.
