You are hereby notified that Petitioner has filed a Petition for Legal Separation and Sole Legal Custody of Gilberto Raul Ramos Mendoza, born on 1/5/2004, and Jesus Fidel Ramos Mendoza, born on 7/12/2006. A hearing on this matter will be held to determine whether Petitioner shall be granted legal separation from Respondent and sole legal custody for Gilberto Raul Ramos Mendoza and Jesus Fidel Ramos Mendoza. The hearing will take place at the Second Judicial District Courthouse at 400 Lomas Blvd NW, Albuquerque NM 87104. If you do not enter a response and send the same to Petitioners’ attorney, or do not appear at the hearing, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence.
