You are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiff, Joe’s Properties, LLC, has filed a civil action against you in the above-entitled Court and cause, the general object thereof being to quiet title to property located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico and said property is more particularly described as:
Part B, Tract 219, M.R.G.C.D. Map No. 38, as the same is shown and designated on the plat entitled “Redivision, Tract 219, MRGCD Map 38, Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico,” filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, on October 4, 1973, in Plat Book A4, Page 193.
(hereinafter, the “Property”).
