You are hereby notified that the above-named Petitioner has filed a Petition for Guardianship in the above-entitled Court and cause of Isaiah Abel Martinez, born in Albuquerque, New Mexico in May of 2008, and of Ashanti Alize Martinez, born in Albuquerque, New Mexico in August of 2010, to Yvonne Renee Rubio Martinez and Matthew Mark Martinez.
You are further notified that unless you file a written response to the Petition by no later than thirty days from this publication with the Court Clerk, Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, Albuquerque, New Mexico, with a copy to the Petitioner’s attorney, or appear at the hearing, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence.
