This notice is to inform the person who may have had sexual intercourse with Sylvia McLaughlin, formerly known as Sylvia Willey, during April 2002.You are hereby notified that Garth Treavor Hayden, Petitioner, filed a Verified Dual Petition for Termination of Parental Rights and for Step-Parent Adoption regarding the child Sylvia McLaughlin gave birth to on February 4, 2003 on May 3, 2023 in the above-entitled Court and cause. Unless you enter your appearance and written response to said cause on or before June 26 2023, a judgment by default will be entered against you.
